Answer:

Government funding for income-based job training can be a beneficial policy for both the workers and the companies that employ them. On one hand, providing training and education to those from lower socio-economic backgrounds allows them to gain skills and qualifications that may otherwise be out of reach. This increases their chances of finding steady employment, meaning a better standard of living for them and their family.
